CO2 Heat Pumps - from Japan to the world

Feb. 27, 2008 - This year's HVAC&R Japan trade show featured a variety of new CO2 hot water heat pump models and compressors. An accompanying Seminar on Natural Refrigerants provided a global view on developments in Europe, Korea, and Japan.

At Japan's biggest trade show for the heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC&R) industry, Japanese and foreign companies showcased several systems and components optimized for the natural refrigerant CO2 (R744). Among the suppliers featuring CO2 Technology at their booths were Sanyo, Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Denso, Fujikoki, Matsushita, Mayekawa, Sanden, Bitzer, and Embraco.
