SANYO launches CO2 heat pump installation courses in the UK

Feb. 06, 2009 - Following trial results showing that SANYO's new carbon dioxide heat pump for hot water and central heating needs delivers excellent energy performance under normal UK climate conditions, the company is now launching training courses on how to install the product.

The one-day courses will allow apprentices in the UK to gain practical experience of working with CO2 refrigerant-based systems that deliver heating and hot water in residential and small commercial applications. More specifically, they will familiarise installers with the functionalities of SANYO's new CO2 ECO Heating System to achieve hot water temperatures of up to 65°C, thereby avoiding the need for any secondary heating.
