Short course REMDO takes place in Valencia

Apr. 03, 2009 - The short course REMDO (Refrigeration Equipment Modelling, Design & Optimisation) will be held at the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia, Spain. The course is scheduled for June 3rd to 5th, 2009.

The course is first focused on providing a detailed introduction to the modelling of each of the main components of a vapour compression system, with special emphasis in accurate evaluation of their performance, as well as to the modelling of the complete system. Then, the course focus on providing a deep insight into how to first pre-size a system, then select and size the main components of the system and, finally how to optimise its design and operation parameters. The entire course is lectured in English and the employed software for simulation of the systems is IMST-ART.
